| I noticed,ecvv-support suggesting if goods are damaged of substandard,you suggest to return to courrier person,without signing acceptence of parcel,in practical in india courrier people dont give parcel ,cant open without signing acceptence of parcel,hence the right solution proffesional way of safeguarding such risks is only by preshipment inspection & inspection report,as proof of acceptable goods is thes best way,there are many 3rd party inspection companies doing it,any body need may ask me for help my skype:jay631208
