How do you find out if a Chinese business number is real?

Also, how do you find out, if the business registration number is real, that it is owned by the potential seller and not just copied from another company?

I tried looking around for websites to confirm the registrations and get the contact information for the registeration companies, but can't find any.

Any help would be great!

You can take a search in the search engine such as google, baidu, yahoo, msn.

Or you can search in the B2B website, such as ECVV, alibaba, globalsources,etc.
