What do you do if you are scammed, but have their phone number, bank account number and name?

Is their any course of action that works in either getting the money back or getting the officials involved to fine/arrest them?

we can go to the bank to check the acount whether it thrue or not . if it is thrue ,we can go to the police office to ask the policemen to indagate this case.Altho we cann't bring back our money ,we are sure that we have do ours best.
