Shipment
Hello,
I'm ecvv member and we sell electronics we sent the lens to our customer in the US last month but the buyer not receive the goods. We sent it via postal service  economy service and they do not provide tracking # on economy service. How to tell the buyer that we really ship it? Thanks

i think the best thing is to send a scanned copy of the shippers' issued recipt to you to your customer and forward full details of the shippers contact;phone lines,faxes and email address for their confirmation.Meanwhile write the shippers informing of the embarrsament of the hold up,copying your customer. Cheers.
