i would like to share a bitter experience of me with you all, and i need a solution for that problem, Last month for the first time, i saw a company in ECVV and ordered 250 pieces of memory cards from them, the company name was yuantong electronics HK ltd, after paying them up and finishing hte deal, they sent me 2 pieces o f"mobiado "phones, ofcourse chinese and duplicate of the original ones, i spoke to the company person, since i wanted more cards, and since my clients were not waiting, i ordered another 500 cards foprm them and sent them more money by western union, again they have sent me the invoice, but they have sent me 100 cards of different capacity and that too is duplicate ones. when i call them or email them there is no response from them, if they pick up the phone in the middle of the conversation they disconnect my call, and then they never pick up the phoen again. i would like to know what i can do? is there any legal way for me to ask them to compensate me for the losses and give me my goods which i paid for? i dotn have any contacts inside china to go and enquire for me, if you guys here in this forum can help me in solving the problem i will be grateful, if any of you need any more information regardign this cheating plz feel free to contact me, my email babuhbtech@hotmail.com

Once you’ve detected a fraud, you may send us a complaint. The complaint should be sent in one week with:
1) the name of the company in question and its link on Ecvv.com;
2) details about goods, sum, when you paid and when you found yourself defrauded;
3) complete email messages sent and received during the transaction, including notices from Ecvv.com and messages from the company’s registration email address (specified by the company during its registration on Ecvv.com), to testify the mentioned company is no other than the company you contacted;
4) the proof of the payment you have made.

Please notice we will not handle your complaint in the case:
1) the goods are much cheaper than they are on the market;
2) the consequences are due to payment conditions rather than goods.
3）the goods are damaged or not the goods you ordered(Normally, your signature means you accept the goods in the package, so if your order is delivered by postal system such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS or others, BEFORE you sign the shipping document, please open the package and carefully check the goods. You can refuse to sign for the package if the goods are damaged or not the goods you ordered. And then contact suppliers to resolve the problem.)

        I have got reply from that company, that due to some internal error that have messed up my shipmetn, now they have agreed to refund me completly, so i think i this compnay ios OK, they are not cheatin gkind, but they still need to improve a lot in their delivery systems.

will write again once i get refunded.

       I am writing this reply to this post,because i dotn want anybody else to get cheated by this company "yuantong HK ltd" DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY especially the sales lady "VIVI" she is a classic cheater of this company and i think the whole company itself is made to cheat others. I have been cheated by this company, and i am not going to let it go like that. I am taking every legal case against this company and that individual. Meanwhile dont get cheated by this company and tell all your friends about this company and its cheting techniques.I have complained to ECVV also about blacklisting this company and i havent had any response from them yet. hopefully they will save their name before it is too late.
