Send us a complaint when you detected a fraud

Once you've detected a fraud, you may send us a complaint to support@ecvv.com . The complaint should be sent in one week with:
1) the name of the company in question and its link on Ecvv.com;
2) details about goods, sum, when you paid and when you found yourself defrauded;
3) complete email messages sent and received during the transaction, including notices from Ecvv.com and messages from the company's registration email address (specified by the company during its registration on Ecvv.com), to testify the mentioned company is no other than the company you contacted; and
4) the proof of the payment you have made.

Please notice we will not handle your complaint in the case:
1) the goods are much cheaper than they are on the market; or
2) the consequences are due to payment conditions rather than goods.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am very displeased with SDSTRADE :http://sdstrade.ecvv.com. I smell a fraud when they first gave me the wrong tracking number.then they send me 2pcs small vase. What i order is mobile phone (apple iphone). I thought  since they are a diamond member, its alright to trade with them. If this so called Diamond member is so untrustworthy, it give me shivers to think what company listed is really genuine. I will spread the words all over the net to alert other buyers.Details i can provide plenty of it. Drop me a mail if you think i am being too harsh.i can be reach at :cobaltblueken@gmail.com
