The same thing happen with me, So don't worry try to contact support@ecvv.com they will help you and send them all the relevent document , because I doing the same but still in the process, its better to expose the company write the name and id  of company when you posting such type of the things.

I think I am also got robbed from the company too. I paid money but never recieved a laptop. It was 11 days ago. The company still reply my mail but 2 or days once. And tell me that it was caught by customs have to wait until it be released. I don't know why they have to wait for that. They should sent me a new 1 and they wait for that. But I know now I was tricked and robbed.
