Have you ever got an order, share something about it

Hi, everyboday, welcome.[


No matter you are a green hand or a successful overseas sales, you must have some unique idea about the foreign trade.We would be very glad if you can write your unique idea and the useful experience, share with us.


Long or short is not the most important thing.You can show your ideas about foreign trade freely here.

In my opinion, if you"d like to get an order,/z4t
 
firstly, you must reply the customer"s email as soon as possible, even when you receive the customer"s mail, you must reply it, then the customer will think that you are really want to cooperate with him/her.forum,trade forum,business opportunity,Business China,Business India,Brazil business3Z%W"m8V&L.b3y4X

second, you must famliar with the product you handle, the more the better, even you can answer any question about your product. If you can do this, the customer will think you are a professional supplier, and he/she would like work with you. If you are not familiarFOB with your product, from now on, try to learn everything about your prodcut from the engineer, and your supplier.
 
third, you must be honesty and friendly when you communicate with the customer.
 
Last, try to improve your English soon.

Although I got an order from my customer this week, I still think I have a lot difficulties. I think I got the order is by my good fortune.

I think I know how to reply the first e-mail when I received the inquiry, but it is very hard to follow up the customers after that, and how to negotiate the price with them.

Who can provide me good suggestions? thx!

I am buyer also and view your comments that s also good thing but sometimes I have order from some supplier and they were talking with us till I gave an order then they rarely answer my question and e-mail s sometimes offline on msn and if he/she on-line dont talk with me...

that is also big problem.... any supplier dont have to do that

You should answer all the questions from the customers as possible as you can.When finished the working topic,you also can chat with your customers with other daily topic like a friend.If you can not do business with your customers,you also can have friends.Maybe when they want to buy something in the future,you are the first one he think about it.
