How to be a good trader due to such globle economy

Recently,Globle economy crisis has attacked almost all the industries, especially the automobile and toy one.

We truly confront the question how to be a good international trader under such gloomy background.

1. We should start to abandon some industries which we can only got few profits from.

Taking out supplier that is not giving you big profit is not the best solution.

Instead, try to coach them on areas were foreign customers values most for supplier to  improve :

1. be conscious of business ethics.

2. Improvement on customer relationship

3. Improvement on products, this involves product design based on market needs.

4. Improvement on Production Efficiency, this involves work and time study.

Am sure there are more tips but with the commitment of doing the above, am sure customers will choose you over your competitor.

I bought 5 iphones from this company GuangZhou Nanfan Trade Co., Ltd. I payed $1050 and nothing received.They give me wrong tracking number, goods went to other address.This company lied me-(( What to do?? How to get money back? Thanks!!!
