Business alway have risk, even you receive inquries from a famouse B2B website or a very famouse company, the main thing you can do is try to reduce the risk. If all the inquries is absolutely true and they want to do business sincerely with you, then everyone will do business in the world and no one do others, isn"t it.

And my opinion is before you sent your products to your costomer, you must know as more imformation of them, or you must ask them to pay you more money. Reduce the risk to smallest, at the same time, you must always keep honesty when you comunicate with your costomers, then they will trust you and would agree more in  your business.

that is normal in the internet times.

do not disturb by these and do the job your should do.

you can set the spam list in your email if you like then the mails can not reach you forever.

At first,i advise you should check it that if that the company and address is right or wrong which says in the email .and then reply it enquiry about that the question which you doubt.
