As a pirchasing manager should pay attention to these aspects to find their relaible supplier:
1.Search your products in main search tools, such as google,exite,baidu and so on. A good supplier she must has their own website. You can find their products from their website.
2.Search in B2B offical website or some good credit B2B web.Such as alibaba, ecvv and so on.Find the goal suppllier .Here to be a goal suppllier they must be rich ,can afford this money.The factory must have this ability .
3.Come to vist their company .Almostly every country there are many exhibitions during one year .So during fair time , you can be arranged to visit their factory. By the way ,you can save ma lot of expenses of hotel cost ,taxi fee and board wages.If there are no fair or exhibition , you can ask the factory for an invitation to their country .It's not very difficult .The factory are there ,so you must be more assurance .
4.Ask the goverment organization for some messages.Through the third part ,you must be assurance .
5.You may order a small order to a supplier .Through the first business , you can get the goods, delivery time. And you can also do business by L/C. Is that more realiable?
I don't think there are a most effective way.But business is a little venture.So in despite we are purchaser or supplier ,we should be careful and brave.We use many ways as we can think up, to find business and promise the business to be safe .
