Break my credit to my supplier when my buyer cancel his order
I felt frustrated again.
I think I have not been myself recently due to many problems.

I will tell you another story-my troubles when I am working as a sourcing agency (series 2)--Break my credit to my supplier when my buyer cancel his order from

These two weeks, I come to know a buyer from alibaba forum.
He is interested in my sourcing service and place a big trust on me.

I help him to source MP3/MP4 from my contacts.
At the same time, he checked the price with other suppliers. This is common. I understand.

He told me the price I offered him is higher than other quotation he got.
I told him, he can turn to the supplier he wanted.
If he is still interested in my service, I can offer him many assistants, like follow order, check quality and delivery assistant.
He agreed to that, he said he would like to use my service while he work with his supplier.
I told him, then we can go to your supplier
It is same to me. I charge the same handling fee.

But for somehow, he think I can source better quality for him than his supplier, even my prices are higher.

After some days, he sent me an email yesterday and informed me that he wanted to stick to my supplier. He also informed me the order details.
I called the factory and informed them the order from this buyer.
They are happy.

Then I work out an P/I for him. Today, I got his email. He said, he would like to work with his supplier due to the CE certificate.

Yes, I know your rule in your country. But I do mentioned my supplier can"t offer him the CE certificate for the models he likes in my previous emails. Unless his order quantity can meet my supplier"s MOQ requirement for CE. I informed him this point when I quoted him the prices.

I told my factory the change today, they felt very disappointed. They thought I played the games with them. They blamed me which made me embarrassed.
I guess I lost them and I dare not to contact them from now on.

Re: Break my credit to my supplier when my buyer cancel his order
So I replied to this buyer, in the email I wrote as follows:

It is the choice for the buyer to place the order in somewhere.
I don"t blame you on it. The price is the point.
But when you inform the order, I just hope you can keep your words.
It is easy for me if I am a supplier. They know it is common that the buyer cancel the order.
But I am working as a sourcing agency, when I break my words to them, I will lose my credit on this.
They are unwilling to work with me anymore.
I hope you can understand.

In fact, I can"t say he is not a serious businessman.
Maybe he has some hesitations.
Maybe some other problems.
He still would like to use my service, I will still earn money from him.
But I just felt guilty for the factory.
They gave me a lot of supports and cooperations, like offer the pictures, reduce the price again and again, reply to many questions from my buyer.

Don"t worry so much, after all,it"s not your fault.I think your supplier will understand you at last.now maybe they are really angry,i think most of the people will feel angry, you know they take so much energy to work with this project, but when they think everything is ok,they only need to waiting for your customer"s order, then you give them a big beat,i think nobody will still keep smile at that time. But give them time,.all the things will be ok.From your description, you are a understanding person!God always bless kind person, wish all you best!

Re: Break my credit to my supplier when my buyer cancel his order
hi sir.:)
I am a new member here and alhough I come rom a buyer's perspective, i do understand yor plight.
At the bright side though, at least you were informed before you began processing the orders and sending them right?:)
Honestly, looking for business transactions online is very scary. The interenet has made it possible for anyone to have their own emails and even their own websites.
I am looking for suppliers right now as i wish to retail electronic products here in the Philippines, and honestly, all of those who have replied to me always asks for payment through Western Union.
I was checking on one supplier actually, and that is how i got to this site.
However, i found that there are also a lot of scammers here.
I have even withdrawed a large portion of my bank account to make my transaction via western union, but now i am really doubting such 'companies'.
I hope you can help me find legitimate ones...
Do you perhaps have a list of those that can be trusted?
I hope you can help me.
Thank you so much and i hope that no one falls for scammers again!
