In my point of view, offering the best price is the best way , as you know the buyers may ask many suppliers to finish the quotation, and they will compare the prices from item to item , then they get the answer who is the cheaper , which draws his attention to your company, and also in this case , it will save many time , bargining is quite waste of time, So i advise to offer best prices , this is what i did for my clients , just for your reference .
