I am a new sales in my company, I have never do this job before .I chose this job because I think sales  full of challenge but very interesting .however during the developed clients period,I come cross a lot of  problem .The frist one is that I want to ask  how to discriminate a person who have the sincerity to do business with me ?I do confused . Does any one can help me?

As a newbie, everything you need to learn. at frist you need hard work to learn your goods. then use the internet to find the client, internet is like mother and teacher it can let you know all of knowledge. including how to find buyer.( some company have a B2B, you can't control the key,because of  newbie. so you must find the client by yourself. )

a good buyer, why do you think he or she is good buyer? you must chat with them ,then you can realise from they words and action.

improve your ability,and have a good luck, you will meet your good buyer. and then you will begin your order.

first, investigate the area's need.

second, propaganda.

third,make agreements.

During this period, i think it's more difficult to find a good buyer. But i think if only he is a real buyer it's ok to me, we can develop better relationship during our mutual knowing of each other, when your clients trust you and your company, he will bring what you expect for.

I am also on the way developing new customers, let's keep going !
