I do not think you suit for international biz,for small amount and urgent payment,many customer still use wester union,not all the supplier are fruad,maybe all the article your concerned are fraud,so ...........world is big,bad guy always there,but good people,no matter common people or bussiness man,most of them are kind.
I know that some people dealing without their bank,but the reason for sereral,not only fraud ,fraud,fraud...maybe he work for himself,maybe they just start their biz,maybe they want to avoid something(this not good for nation income,but you can not say such company is not good supplier).....
Too many reasons for one exsit phenomena in the world,so no need think everything on the bad side.
