www.escrow.com is the safest way, but no suppliers allow it.  Not sure why, they want their money upfront and always do Bank Transfer or Western union

Sorry, It is not really mean safest payment term. You can be cheated by you called safe payment term. So the most important thing is finding a reliable and honest business man.
