I am so happy today, as the captioned information. Our CMTS meet a good buyer. He is a gentleman.from Serbia.  I should say sorry to him, as i consider him a trickster at the beginning. 
We meet in ECVV. After several times of email contact, even no negociation, he sends us the money and ask us to check the money for many times. However, our bank tells us no remittance.  So, i ask him to send me the scanning of bank warrant. What's worse, my PC cannot identify PDF, it can only display by TXT, but i don't know. In my mind, it is no problem of my computer. So, the only possible thing is he fabricate the bank warrant. 
In despite of this, i treat him politely. Thank godness! i won't be rude to him. 3 days later, the bank tell me the money was received, i am delight at this good news. Immediately, i send him this good news, and prepare the goods at once. However, not anything goes smoothly from then on. When we ready to send our CMTS and CM(cable modem), we find the freight what i offer to him, cannot even cover the cost. If we send him the CM, we could lose 2000$. Our boss was very angry at that. I was so worried and cannot sleep at night. 
I must send the goods CMTS, CM to him. I have received the money, i must be responsible for this case. So i begin to find the forwarders everywhere in order to reduce the freight. Thank goodness again! I find one, we change a way to send the goods. Thanks my dear kind buyer from Serbia. Thanks for your kindly understanding.
From the above story, i conclude that if you sincerely treat your business partner, he/she will do the same. What's more, the God will always stand by you.
