who can help to catch ppl who r doing fraud online from china
can any one help me by telling this that which departent in china is responsible to catch these types of cheater like crystal of oempone technology who is taking orders online by traping  the innocent by giving discounts online and after getting payment disappears and dont even bother to send things? they r spoiling the image of thier country so higher authorities should take notice about this bfor this i always thought that chinese ppl r so hardworking and very honest but now my image has totally changed and these type of companies and ppl r just spoiling the image of their country very badly ..so plz anyone who can send this point to higher athorities do send ths point that save thier country  image by stopping their ppl those r doing fraud with innocent ppl ,,,i can tel her name and her mobile number too ..her name is crytsal and if any one wants to inquire about this fraud i can also give her mobile number which she is not picking now bcoz she has already taken payment from me .........

i'm sorry to hear that , next time you need to confirm if this real company or not , there;s a lot cheater on the net these days. before to make transaction you need to know the address company and make sure this address is real address  .

beware of discount prices product on the internet . i found maybe 10  net shop on the internet ..
