If you want to know legal or trustworthy, I will say no !

There are several worldwide banking institutions that will guarantee both that the buyer and seller are 1) up to legal standards in their country, specific territory, region 2) a legal business in their country 3) ^^Most Important--- hold "in escroe" payment for guaranteed payment to seller upon delivery to buyer.

Check with your local bank. If you don"t have a bank acct with a world recognized bank, that supports this, its a good question to go to your banker with.
