How to answer the client's inquiry outside our production range

Today,i received the second inquiry from EVCC.I do remember my first inquiry is from Alibaba, when i send my letter to him,he just away. And in my today's inquiry,i'm sorry to read that the products which posted are not produced in our production range. How grieved i am.Just feedback him that the product you required is out of our production range.Or try to find another manufacture to ask for quotation.I know in this city there are some craft brother who can produce it.Whether i go to do it and if my boss know it,how can he see? I think it's not the feasibility.

Sincerely looking for your advice.

in order to prevent trouble, i think you should refuse to answer it. you are the green hand of it and cannot solve it . meantime, you can introduce your products to him, maybe he will be a pential customer!!

come on

if your company is a comprehensive export company, you can ask your boss if he is interested in it. If this inquiry is not in favor of , you'd better not answer it, you can give this information to your friends who do this business.

If you are really want to do businese with foreigners. you should tell him the mistake you have made. and then you can tell him if he do not mind, you can find a good manufacturer for him. Meantime, if he forgive the mistake you have made, maybe you can introduce your company and products to him.

No one can avoid making mistake, but It is more important that how do you look for your mistake.

Just be more  honest and brave.

you should leave it ,you dont know if he is a true buyer ,if not ,you waste time and energy on it ,if he is true , you cheat him , I think  you should tell him you cant  supply ,but can help him to find the seller .then he will think you are a good man .

It depend on your selff .

I've met this matter just as you, the first time,I've asked my friends who can product it,them give the customer the price, but till today I haven't got his response. Nowadays, I also receive a quotation, and not reply her.
