I was a supervisor at a smallgoods company and my dispatch worker use to ask me that same thing. My answer to that was yes every customer needs to be treated the same they pay your companies bills and your wages. Thats how your company will get a good name bending over backwards to make the customer happy, always teat them as though they are above you that ll gain there respect and keep them coming back no matter how annoying> those special orders are and you boss will appreciate it $$$$
