For this question, it may have lots of answers, but I think it is because:
First, the price you quote is too high compared with others'
Second, the customer needs some time to analysis the price
Third, the customer is on a business trip
Last, maybe the customer does not receive your price because your mail is locked by the software.
What you should do?
First, try to conact with the customer and ask the customer for some comments or ideas on the price.
Second, if possible, ask the customer what is his/her target price.
Third, send e-mail to the customer some days later or use another e-mail ID to contact the customer. |
